Here's a list of youtube videos that was posted here recently:
http://www.archive.org/post/396609/happiness-is-jgb-for-althea

Also, there is a more or less complete archive of Jerry band shows here (listed under "jgb")
http://tela.sugarmegs.org/alpha/j.html

A couple drawbacks with sugarmegs: the entire concerts are streamed as one long file rather than individual tracks, and are also a fairly low quality .asx file; but hey, better than nothing.

I just listened to this '81 smoker last night

Y'all seem to have this covered ... at the moment I am working my way through 1976 JGB all over again, still in January. A couple of other recent faves: 9/18/75 (has a very distinctive Catfish John) and 9/20/76 (where the highlight, for me, is the Midnight Moonlight).

Good tip, working through JGB 76 again sounds like a good Jan-Feb project to pass the winter blues. My favorite JGB year, though some think it is too slow.

Where's the 9-18-75 from? The played in GGpk, the DEAD, on the 28th that month, and I saw him that fall a few times separate...

Ah--never made it there, but that makes perfect sense. Nice spot--the guys that went with me to the GGPark DEAD/Starship show on the 28th of that month saw him there.

Thx, Bill; have a good New Year, dude! Here's a pic of one of my special friends of late, and he's actually older than either of us...not as cranky though.

nice turtle/tortoise(I can't tell the difference)

My niece has a fairly large turtle? that grew from the $1 beach pet store variety. I always tell her that "Shelly" is just about "soup size", and I believe your "friend" is as well.

Happy New Year to you my friend.

BTW I do not eat turtle soup.
